Option for Virtual Challenge Entry, if you are not local.

Meal plans with macro friendly recipes and a grocery shopping list to progressively help you prepare your meals in advance, stay on track and lose body fat while  avoiding plateaus.

Access to Private Facebook page to receive additional weekly workouts, get your daily dose of motivation, ask questions, participate in Weekly post challenges, and expert advise from the Fit Forward team daily.

  • Monday 5:30-6:30 p.m.
  • Thursday at 6:00-7:00 a.m.
