Inspired to work in the fitness industry: Her fitness journey began as a kid being involved in a variety of sports including soccer, gymnastics, swimming, long distance running and tennis.
That journey has since evolved into a deeper understanding of the science of exercise, weightlifting, and over all health and wellness. She has trained at a variety of local gyms in south central Pennsylvania and has gotten the opportunity to work with a variety of clients including individuals looking to shed pounds of body fat, athletes, clients in need of more rehabilitative care after completing physical therapy, and even clients with more specific limitations. Whether the client is young, old, in shape, or not, her whole goal is to help clients reach their goals in the fastest and safest way possible.
has learned that often means modifying exercises and resistance to whats best for each individual person. She uses a very client based approach with the understanding that each person’s path to their healthiest self is slightly different. She strives to deliver the best personal training experience she can by communicating the science of working out in a way that is both understandable, and easily attainable.
She prides herself in specifically designing each program for the goals, strengths, and weaknesses of each client, in order to maximize their results both in and out of the gym.
