Consultations

FREE consultations. These are for those interested in nutrition packages, personal training, contest preparation, a weight management program, fitness program, workout program, prenatal and post pregnancy training and nutrition. This time is spent discussing goals, advice, and services. At this time there is also a health assessment given and body fat composition screening.


Personal Training Packages

Includes individualized personal training sessions for 45 minutes. Please contact us to set up a consultation with a trainer.

Options include:

1 session $50  

12 sessions $575 plus 1 free (3 month expiration)   

24 sessions $1120 plus 2 free (6 month expiration)  

36 sessions $1600 plus 3 free (1 year expiration)  

Any client wishing to use the gym in addition to personal training will receive a discounted monthly membership at only $10 a month. Up front payments on packages will be granted the free sessions. Payment plans are available. A down payment of $100 for any package is required to schedule and further payment arrangements will be made.


Contest Preparation

This cost includes initial diet and updates as needed, cardio schedule, supplements, weekly assessments, and all the information and guidance needed to be ready to step on stage. Click here for more information.

12-month Program = $2,000

Additional Posing fee of $55 per session (1 Hour Session).


Individualized Nutrition Plans

Some people simply want the nutritional component of our services where they have an individualized nutrition program developed for them. You will check in weekly with your weight. Receive unlimited adjustments, consistent monitoring and, most importantly, education. In addition, you will receive my suggestions for your cardio types and times plus a list of recommended supplements. Click here for details.

Athlete Training

We help athletes of all levels shore up weaknesses, decrease injury risk and build strength and power to preform at an elite level. We train and prepare young athletes for their desired sport. We work on sport specific exercises, mobility, flexibility, speed, strength and agility. We customize workout programs based on each athlete’s goals whether they are elementary age or preparing for college. The energy and passion will shine through each and every session. Athletes have the option to train individually or in a small group of up to 4 with friends and/or teammates.

Options include:

2 people = $35.00 per person/ per session  

3 people = $30.00 per person/ per session  

4 to 6 (max) people = $25.00 per person/ per session  

Package Options include:

Group Fitness Classes

Jump Start Program

We’re offering a special 6-week program designed to help you start changing your life for the better. Includes: Initial Assessment, 3 individual 45 minute 1-on-1 sessions (15 minutes of coaching, + a 30-minute personal training session), Overall workout plan to do on your own, Overall general food plan and food list, Food and exercise journal, Weekly email check-ins.
Cost $200.  


Small Group

Train with friends, family, coworkers, teammates, etc.

Online Training

For people out of the immediate area but are still interested in training with me I offer monthly updated workout plans created to meet the needs of your fitness and weight loss goals for $75/month. Whether you work out at a gym or at home this package can help give you structure in your exercising program.

Purchased packages cannot be transferred nor refunded.
