I will always be a teacher at heart, but now I’ve chosen to focus my energy on teaching others how to be fit and healthy. I’m honored and blessed to work with people of all ages, shapes, and sizes gain confidence, to lose weight, get off medications, prevent cancer/promote life longevity with cancer, prepare for races/fitness competitions, train sport specific, help mothers get back to their “pre-baby” state, or just become over all more fit and healthier.

Sheila loves to work with clients as a team to help them meet their goals. She has been an Army wife of 16 years and found herself topping the scales pretty close to 300 pounds. Six years ago she saw a picture of herself and knew she had to do something. She is currently a NASM Personal Trainer, ACE Group Fitness Instructor, R.I.P.P.E.D instructor, and Precision Nutrition Certified.

Dillon's fitness journey began as a kid being involved in a variety of sports including soccer, gymnastics, swimming, long distance running and tennis. That journey has since evolved into a deeper understanding of the science of exercise, weightlifting, and over all health and wellness. She has trained at a variety of local gyms in south central Pennsylvania and has gotten the opportunity to work with a variety of clients including individuals looking to shed pounds of body fat, athletes, clients in need of more rehabilitative care after completing physical therapy, and even clients with more specific limitations.

David has over 15 years of experience in the fitness Industry and has worked with individuals with a variety of exercise backgrounds, goals, and injuries. Those goals include weight loss, fat loss, enhancing athletic performance, strength, power and helping speed recovery after an injury or surgery. He has also worked with clients to help continue their rehabilitation process after they’ve completed physical therapy.
